At Absolute Waterproofing Solutions we use three methods to stabilize walls.
I-Beams: Used to stabilize certain types of walls.
Fortress Kevlar Necktie: Used when walls are bowed less than 2 inches. They are more astatically pleasing and have the same strength as I-Beams.
Earth Contract Wall Anchors: Used to stabilize walls and have the capability to straighten bowed or moving walls.
Wall Replacement: Sometimes we are called to basements that have reached a critical point of no return. In these instances wall replacement is the only answer.
Foundation Systems We Provide
The DynaPier® System
The DynaPier® System is a durable foundation pier system used for house leveling and concrete raising to fix sinking/settling foundation problems. The pier segments are driven into the ground using a hydraulic press. After one segment is driven another is connected to the top using our interlocking system and then driven as well. This process is repeated until the foundation pier hits bedrock or a dense strata. The foundation pier is finished by placing a steel cap on the top. Unlike most foundation piering systems, the steel shims are contained within the pier cap which allows no shifting when the soil swells or shrinks.
The DynaPier® System is a concentrically loaded pier, meaning it is installed directly underneath the footer which gives it one axis point. This alleviates any fail points and the installers do not risk damaging the footer by drilling into the side of it.
ECP Wall Anchors
ECP Wall Anchors are made from durable sturdy materials, built to realign bowing walls back into place. First, the helical pile is drilled at an angle deep into stronger soil in the surrounding area of your home. A wall plate is then installed on the damaged wall inside the home. Both are connected with a steel rod to alleviate pressure off of the wall by pulling the anchor plate and the helical pile together. As the steel rod is tightened the wall will be pulled back into place and counteract the pressure on the outside wall's surface permanently.

Steel I-Beams are used for certain types of bowing walls in specific situations. A less common of a method, they are still viable and sturdy for full wall support within your basement. Attached from floor to ceiling these I-beams are designed to withstand the pressure of outside forces while refortifying the wall. They act as a secondary verticle support to strengthen the horizontal weight being pushed from the soil.

Dura Shield Vinyl Panels
Most contractors attempt to repair leaking wall cracks with epoxy injections. This is not a permanent solution to the problems. At Absolute Waterproofing Solutions we will inject leaking cracks. However, we will not warranty them. For a lifetime transferable warranty, we encapsulate the leaking cracks with our Dura Shield Vinyl panels. This a permanent solutions. Egress windows are for homes that need to follow the safety regulations and codes from building ordinances in the area. Applied to a basement wall, they act as a secondary escape as well as additional lighting for your basement. This basement window can be installed easily by our team at Absolute Waterproofing Solutions by having an entry point on the wall, installing the window well for water drainage, and installing the egress window itself. Our windows are large in comparison to other smaller windows making this a perfect addition to your basement finishing project.

Crawlspace Access Doors
After foundation failure, your crawl space doors may already be compromised. Once we install the proper system to fix your foundation, crawl space access doors will be thoroughly checked. In most cases these will need to be replaced with our perfectly sealed doorway. We also provide an entryway with a water drain, a well, and poured stone, to accomodate any potential waterproofing problems for your crawlspace or foundation.
Other Foundation Services
If your foundation is beyond repair or has sustained too much damage we can provide complete foundation replacement. Our method is to use mason bricks for a perfect foundation instead of the traditional foundation pour. It's proven to be sturdier and more reliable than pouring concrete. Mason bricks are also more cost efficient and time efficient than concrete pouring, getting the perfect fit for your home square footage as well as engineering a solid basement layout.
