Our Crawl Space Systems
The EmeSeal 90mil Liner is a state of the art crawl space and basement liner designed to stop the infiltration of moisture and soil gases with ultimate durability in mind. One side of the liner is aluminized to diffuse soil gases like radon and reflect heat into crawl spaces and basements, therefore reducing energy costs. The other side is a heavy duty polyethylene that gives the liner strength. Each layer is separated by a closed cell foam to aid with insulation. When all the components are laminated together, it forms the thickest zero perm crawlspace and basement liner available today.
The 20-22mil crawl space liner is a durable, tear resistant liner that seals out moisture and hazardous soil gases. It is made with 7ply polyethylene to stop the infiltration of vapor and soil gases. The fiber reinforced polyethylene provides added strength. It brightens, seals and creates a great environment for storage.

Crawl Space Stabilizers
Crawl Space Stabilizers are used to fix common structural problems of deteriorating support beams and floor joists, the leading cause of sagging floors. The stabilizer is an adjustable steel support beam for your floor joists within the crawl space, replacing older inefficient materials such as wood or concrete. Much like a foundation pier, this system is installed underneath your home and it will be able to provide the necessary support for the floor that the joist can no longer supply. Within a short period of time the floor to become realigned once again and prevent any additional sagging permanently.
